We're so excited to announce that Cynthia Garcia, our Youth Programs Manager and Equal Opportunity Officer, has been granted the credential of Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
Cynthia has been with the BFWDC for 8 years, and in that time has done incredible work in expanding opportunities offered through our Youth Programs, providing monitoring oversight, and representing our workforce systems at regional and state forums. This nationally recognized credential is awarded by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).
