Program Completers Served
In 2023, we proudly served 3,885 program completers. These individuals received the support and resources needed to enhance their skills and secure meaningful employment.
Employment Success
Our efforts have led to a remarkable 73.8% employment success rate. This means that nearly three-quarters of our program completers have successfully transitioned into the workforce, contributing to the economic vitality of our region.
Economic Impact
The economic impact of our programs is substantial. The estimated average annual earnings per person for those employed through our programs is $42,024. Collectively, the total estimated annual earnings for all employed program completers amount to an impressive $120,562,344. This not only benefits the individuals and their families but also strengthens our local economy.

Barrier Mitigation: Identify employment and education barriers of job seekers and work with community partners to mitigate them.
